Background Screenings for Tennessee Healthcare Agencies

Depending upon the healthcare agency's clientele and if the agency is receiving fund from the Federal government (i.e. Medicare) other searches such as a search of the Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (HHS/OIG LEIE) and the Excluded Persons List System (EPLS) should be included in the background package.
